How do we process our suffering, along the way to achieving our goals? How can we easily move beyond our setbacks, and not let the emotional toll of suffering keep us from pushing forward? Maybe all it takes is the reminder that our successes lead us to our suffering, that it will always take this process for our bodies grow, and that the most simple things we can for granted every day can give us the power to persevere. This is water.
