 I'm grateful you are here. 

When we express gratitude towards another person, we ALL benefit.  Gratitude boosts our mood, improves recovery, increases our pain tolerance, reduces stress, and generally uplifts us.  Telling someone you are grateful for them is an easy way strengthen community and enhance performance for everyone.
