Studies show that in January, about 40% of Americans make New Year's resolutions - nearly half of them will aim to lose weight or get in shape. But 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail by February. This time of year, there's a ton of BAD advice out there about getting started in fitness or reaching your fitness goals. In this episode of Coach Quip, we discuss the worst fitness advice we hear as people make New Year's resolutions, and a few pieces of good advice to help you actually accomplish what you want in 2024.
